HSNP has developed a set of key messages for communicating to the beneficiaries on programme’s objectives, products and services; most importantly, the messages guide the beneficiaries on how they should engage in HSNP’s activities. HSNP key message are simple and memorable. The key messages are shared through different channels that include: public barazas by rights committee members at the village levels, the programme staff (NDMA, HSNP County, Equity, HelpAge International and local Partners), Rights Volunteer and local radio stations.
